To be apart of staff Hard work and attention to detail are the best methods to help increase the possibility that you will be selected for one of the Cadet Staff positions. Normally the Cadet Staff positions are held by those who are NSII-IV, simply because they are generally the most experienced and knowledgeable. In all cases, those selected for staff positions will be the cadets who adhere to the ideals of the Cadet Corps both in JROTC and out.
